Interpersonal Conflict..
Do you hear ever hear word conflict??
Of course you hear it…
It is a word that can make people fight..
For myself I also have some conflict..
Everybody having a conflict ..
They cannot avoid from it..
May I right??
Conflict can happens in every relation I in this world..
Often we heard that conflict happen in family when one of their relatives death..
The main thing can make a conflict is money..
So, to avoid this happen..
Each of the relatives must have their owns responsibilities especially when handle conflict..
but the important thing is we must always take the conflict as a positive not a negative..because not all conflict is negative..
competing is important in conflict because it can increase our confident and became more motivated...
we must avoid from situation i lose you lose..because it seem you not interested to win that situation. but for me, i like this situation.
the best thing that i like is i win you win..
this situation can make the winner became more friendly and can avoid from conflict...
so dont think that the conflict in interpersonal relations is bad or can make things became worst cause sometimes people can realize a truth thing because of conflict..
